What is ROTCELERATE?A digital platform and centralized online repository designed to equip UNI ROTC cadets with the tools they need to excel in tactical decision making and leadership development. Throughout the 2025–2026 school year, the site will be continuously updated with tailored resources aligned to UNI’s training objectives, including Advanced Camp prep, SOAR evaluation criteria, and platoon leadership fundamentals. Website analytics and MSIII performance evaluations gathered during the 2025-2026 school year will serve as the foundation for MSIV CDT Olhava's Honors Thesis - Modernizing ROTC Training: Evaluating the Impact of Digital Learning on Tactical Performance.
